Meet us at REVO Casino Feb 5-9

BCNH is partnering with Manchester’s REVO CASINO on South Willow Street from February 5 through 9 and we encourage you to drop in and say hello – and then have some fun. We will be REVO’s “charitable partner” for those five days.

Participating in the state’s charitable gaming system is new to BCNH.  We applied almost a year ago and learned in December that REVO Casino had selected us as a partner. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations apply and few are chosen, so we felt like we had hit the jackpot.  We will receive a percentage of the casino’s revenues from those days. With the likely loss of all of our federal funds next October, this is a great opportunity for BCNH.  We anticipate receiving a contribution big enough to fund our client services for a month or maybe two.

Staff will be there on Friday and Saturday nights to talk about BCNH and the communities we serve.  We’re hoping that the exposure will generate additional support for the work we do.
