BCNH case manager Eric Irakiza was one of the first to receive a COVID vaccination at a Manchester Health Department “equity clinic.” Since then, we have been working with refugee and immigrant communities to promote widespread vaccination.

The NH Center for Nonprofits presented its 2021 Nonprofit Impact Award to BCNH last spring. BCNH Executive Director Rick Minard receives the award from Kathleen Reardon, director of the Center.

Children with chronic conditions face particular challenges in school and at home. When those children are also refugees and have parents who may have little or no English, they need extra help connecting with essential services. BCNH is making those connections.
